Two things you should know about Jan: Her favorite movie is the horror classic, The Shining, and she claims that knowing how to use a chainsaw is helpful. Understandably, Michael is very afraid. But it keeps him in line so it’s all good.
HER ROLE AT MAKING STRATEGY HAPPEN
“Essentially, I run the business so Michael can focus on what he does best: consult, speak and write. I’m your contact person for speaking engagements, and for intelligence gathering involving your customers, suppliers and employees. I’m also the point person for travel management, logistics, financial and administrative matters, and overall client relations.”
“My background is in sales and marketing with organizations in business, higher education, and the not-for-profit world. As President of a Colorado-based sales and marketing company I developed systematic and innovative approaches that drove market share and profits for a wide spectrum of clients.”
“I’ve had the opportunity to serve on boards and committees of various not-for-profit organizations including the National Kidney Foundation and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. It’s been tremendously rewarding and I’ve met some truly wonderful people.”
THE FUN JAN
“I never get tired of the year-round beauty of the Colorado Rockies. And if I’m not outside enjoying the mountains then I’m cheering on the Broncos. Of course, with two children, I’m always a proud Mom!”
SHE STUDIED WHAT?
“My bachelor’s degree is in Criminal Justice Sciences from Illinois State University, so don’t get any ideas!”
